Rest, my soul rest,
return to your state of peace
give your fears to the Lord
onto Him your anxieties release.
Revisit His loving kindness,
dwell in the calmness of His ease
retire thyself in His fullness
let His grace bow your weary knees.
Go back to thy youthful days,
remember His patience bountiful
reclaim your right to His respite
for His mercies are plentiful.
Rest, my soul rest,
let God comfort and console
return to your state of peace
let serenity take control!!

Psalm 116:7

“Return unto thy rest,
O my soul;
for the LORD hath dealt
bountifully with thee.”
