When you pray draw near to God,
and ask to know His will
give Him your praise and adoration
and believe your request He’ll fulfill
When you pray come to your Father,
confess and repent of your sin
then trust Him with all your heart
and His Spirit will dwell within.
When you pray call upon your Lord,
stand on the authority of His name
have faith in all of your petitions
and be sure His strength you claim.
When you pray go to the throne,
boldly ask, seek and knock
you’ll never find His door closed
it is always open to His flock.
When you pray draw near to God,
then agree, watch and obey
He wants you to persevere
until His answers come your way!

Matthew 6:6
King James Version
“But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet,
and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father
which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth
in secret shall reward thee openly.
